In The Pink

Drawing just a few, well considered, lines and limiting the use of colour creates a modern style of pet art, whilst maintaining the character and personality of the cat.
The subtle green of the eyes draws you into the picture, the bold sweep of pink adds drama.
Art like this looks so immediate and simple to do. It isn’t.
When there are so few lines drawn on the paper, each one has to be absolutely perfect.
It’s fun to do, and great when I get it right.
